GRoE, Inc. exists to be resource ambassadors who address youth success, food access, barriers for marginalized entrepreneurs, creative and performing arts, community advocacy, and simply helping everyone to WIN.
The Four C's of RoE Creativity • Community • Children • Christ
When it comes to CREATIVITY, RoE (Ro + Earl) is skilled in utilizing both their left and right brains simultaneously. Be it in the form of instrumental music, spoken word poetry, visual art and design or simply allowing a fresh idea to blossom, RoE is certain to execute the task creatively and logically.
When it comes to the COMMUNITY, our primary goal is to illuminate the worth and value in individuals. In addition, we strive to identify needs and use resources and community partnerships to meet them. These steps will ultimately aid in rebuilding a village mentality. One of the ways we help to meet needs is by feeding children who may go home to little or no food after school. We also collect clothes and coats for those in our neighborhood who need them. From hosting events that involve neighborhood families to teaching farm-to-table cooking classes, we do our very best to get to know and service our individual neighbors as well as the collective community.
When it comes to CHILDREN, we have a passion for speaking to and mentoring the youth who can gain from our own experiences and education. The voice of the youth is often stifled by adults. We believe that allowing children and young adults to voice their own perspectives, generational gaps can be closed; needs can more easily be assessed and met. Event planning includes gatherings specifically for youth with teenage voices helping to plan. Empowerment is necessary in order to build stable foundations for generations to come.
When it comes to CHRIST, nothing in our lives precedes Him. We stand firmly on our faith and strive to pray without ceasing. Our progress halts if we can not hear the voice of God and His power allows more people to be reached and endless provision. All of the glory, in everything that we do, goes to God.
